At SMARTBOX, Amélie Donnally is head of the
finance systems and processes. She tells us
about her company and her experience with
FiveForty°.
Amélie Donnally : It’s funny that you mention experience
because on our side, here at Smartbox we are a service
company that beyond gift boxes has for its mission to offer
true living experiences to its customers.
Broadly speaking, in what context did you begin at your
position?
AD : I started in 2017 within a large project involving the
overhaul of the entirety of the information systems of the
company and in particular of Microsoft Dynamics AX 365.
My role was to deliver the last phases of the project, ensure
the stability of the tool and to support the teams in the new
modes of operation.

What made you select FiveForty°?
AD : Our main office is in Dublin, Ireland, the location of most
of our teams. I was looking for an excellent finance consultant
to strengthen the project team. Someone who could be on-site
every day to carry out the AX implementation on the finance
portion.
How did you reach them?
AD : I knew Jonathan Lascaux with whom I had worked in the
U.S. on a previous CSP accounting integration project.
Can you tell us more?
AD : For two years, they provided us with high performance
resources. Whether Jonathan, Catherine, Maciré or Jérôme,
I could appreciate the excellence in the method of a
multitalented team.
Can you already draw a first balance?
AD : At first, a fruitful collaboration with a Dublin-dedicated
consultant, then FiveFortyo supported us on the training of
our French teams. Today, I am completely satisfied with the
responses provided to my expectations.
What do you value the most in this relationship?
AD : Their responsiveness, functional and technical
